Melvin High performance meets high capacity in this phenomenal cross-cut paper shredder. It is not every day that anyone finds a machine that does everything that they want it to do. Well, I have found the complete package in the Intimus 502CC. The shredder does not make me choose between high shredding capacity and high performance. I did not hesitate to purchase the departmental shredder for my office. My office workers were happy that I finally got rid of the two older model shredders. I purchases one for the high shredding capacity, and the other for its heavy-duty performance. This shredder has a wide feeding area of 17-inches that can handle any job. It cuts at an amazing 60 feet per minute and leaves nothing in its path. It has the capacity to shred 35-40 sheets in one single pass. I forgot to mention that it is powered by a heavy duty 5.3 hp motor. All I can say is that this machine is amazing! It is a cross-cut shredder. The old cross-cut shredder was only able to handle 10-15 sheets at one time so I was amazed with this shredder’s ability to shred such a large number of pages at once. It is not as bulky as I expected it to be for a machine this size. I would definitely consider this machine to have a space saver design. It fits is a corner of an office with other forms of media. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this machine.
